Return & Refund Policy
3.1 7-Day Quality Check
If your polish arrives broken, leaked, or with a faulty brush, please notify us within 7 days. We offer a full replacement for the damaged item once our quality team reviews the photos provided.
3.2 Hygiene & Safety Returns
To maintain the highest health and safety standards:
- Opened Polishes: Due to the nature of cosmetic products, any polish with a broken seal or evidence of use cannot be returned.
- Unopened Kits: Can be returned within 7 days if they are in original, pristine packaging with all seals intact.
- Electrical Tools: UV Lamps or electric files can be returned if they show a manufacturing defect within the 7-day window.
3.3 Refund Processing
Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after the returned product passes our quality inspection at our Islamabad hub.
